SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. To ensure the best prices and availability, we utilize a network of distribution centers across the USA and select international partners.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 8 to 15 business days.

  • Some items shipped from our US warehouses may arrive sooner (5-8 days), while others may take the full estimated time.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Split Shipments If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses to get them to you as fast as possible. Consequently, items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Road Nest Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, or if your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us immediately at support@roadnestsupply.com. We will initiate a trace investigation with the carrier.

PO Boxes & Exclusions Please note that some of our carriers may have limitations delivering to PO Boxes. Whenever possible, please provide a physical street address. Currently, we primarily ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other territories may be subject to longer transit times.
